Friendly Visitors

An offshoot of our Stephen Ministry, RPC’s Friendly Visitors are available to make visits to those in our church and community who would appreciate a friendly presence on a regular basis.

RPC’s Friendly Visitors program seeks to match volunteers with those who would appreciate a caring relationship. Prior caregiving experience is helpful, but more importantly, a desire to bring a kind presence to a fellow parishioner or community member. The program works to match the needs of each individual and volunteer for regular visits to share stories, books, crafts, a game of cards, or just spend time together.

If you would like to learn more about being an RPC Friendly Visitor, please contact Sarah Snell.

If you or a loved one would benefit from being matched with a Friendly Visitor, please contact Mary Versfelt.
