Director/Associate Pastor of Children, Youth, and Family Ministry at Rye Presbyterian Church

Rye Presbyterian envisions a children’s and youth ministry that welcomes young people wherever they are in their faith, nurturing spiritual growth, supporting personal development, and equipping them to serve others with compassion and purpose. We seek a Director/Associate Pastor of Children, Youth, and Family Ministry who will help young people feel fully integrated into the life of the church while guiding them through the questions and challenges that shape their spiritual journeys. Designing, directing, and coordinating programs and activities with the support of dedicated volunteers and in collaboration with the co-pastors will be a key responsibility of the role. This position is open to lay or ordained candidates. Ordained individuals would contribute periodic preaching and participation in the sacraments, as well as the possibility for additional elements of pastoral care as needed.
