About the Appalachia Service Project:
The Appalachia Service Project (ASP) provides a rewarding and structured Christian service opportunity — bringing thousands of volunteers from around the country to Central Appalachia to repair and replace homes for low-income families. Since 1969, they have focused on making homes warmer, safer, and drier for families in the Appalachian region and provided transformational service experiences for volunteers. You can find more information on their website, here! https://asphome.org/.
Our partnering organization, the Appalachia Service Project, will inform us of our service location within the region this upcoming April. You can learn more about the potential locations we will be serving in here: https://asphome.org/centers/.
If you have any questions, please reach out to either Rev. Dan Love or Anne A. Halloin.
