Co-Pastor Nominating Committee Update – November 2024

Greetings form the Co-Pastor Nominating Committee (CPNC)! The CPNC has had a busy month in October. Highlights of the month include:

• Launching our job posting on the CLC website (a recruiting platform for Presbyterian Churches Globally)
• Completing our first-round candidate interview questions, interview guide, and evaluation tool

With this preparation work completed… we are happy to report that we have begun to interview candidates for the co-pastor position!

Over the next 3-6 weeks, CPNC anticipates a through process of completing first round interviews that includes:

• Screening candidates
• Meeting candidates
• Evaluating candidates to determine a smaller
  list for the next round of interviews

As the Fall progresses, we will give a follow up report, and continue our coordinated work with the Transition Team and our Consultant, Michelle Snyder. Any questions regarding the CPNC can be submitted to the Transition Team at:
